Ben has been involved in real estate brokerage, investment and asset management since the early 1980s. He is licensed in both New Hampshire and Florida. Ben has managed and was responsible for the leasing of over 400,000 square feet of office and industrial space the last couple of years. He has been at the forefront of numerous transactions including those at 1750, 1365-1371, 1000 and 967 Elm Street. Ben is also the lead broker for a real estate portfolio, which consists of two strip malls and fifteen mixed use commercial properties. He has also been involved in assisting in the development of computer programs that enables clients to evaluate properties in a more efficient and expeditious manner.

Ben was the Director of Leasing and Marketing for The New Hampshire Tower and The Hampshire Plaza which total over five hundred thousand square feet of class A office and retail space in downtown Manchester. He has successfully brought their occupancy rates to an astonishing 97%. Ben also acts as an investment advisor for a multi-million dollar real estate holding company.
